When booking promotions payment must be made at the time of booking.

Clients may only purchase two permotional offers in a rolling 12 month period.

All promotional shoots are for a maximum of 6 people 

Only one permotion per client (clients are those being photographed)

Cant be used in conjunction with another offer

All offers are subject to a min age (8 weeks old)

No themed shoots in a promotional shoot 

You may reshedule once if 48 hours notice is given

If purchasing additional images 50% would be payalbe at the time of  ordering.

Failure to turn up for a viewing you will be asked for a £10 administration charge to rebook  .

Copyright will remain with the photographer for all images and may be used for promotional purposes, it is possible however to opt out of this if requested.

Please note that if you are late for a photoshoot or viewing, the shoot or viewing may be cancelled 

FOR ALL BOOKINGS FOR MORE THAN £50 A £20 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN AT TIME OF BOOKING IF CANCELLATION IS MADE ON DAY OF PHOTO SHOOT WEDDING OR FUNCTION THIS MAY RESULT IN LOSING YOU DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT 

IF FOR ANY REASON WE CAN NOT DO YOUR PHOTO SHOOT ON THE DAY YOU HAVE BOOKED WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RESCHEDULE IF WE CANT YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND
